Splitstone Capital appoints Luca Warnke as Operating Partner

Splitstone Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Luca Warnke as Operating Partner.

Luca brings over 25 years of experience leading businesses through complex carveouts, and transformations. A mechanical engineer by training, he has held senior executive and investor roles across multiple sectors including industrials, automotive, business services and healthcare, managing operations in more than 20 countries.

Before joining Splitstone, Luca was an Operating Partner at a carveout-focussed pan-European private equity firm. In that role, he worked closely with portfolio company management teams to deliver operational improvement and strategic repositioning. He has also held senior executive roles within operating businesses and led management buyouts and buy-ins.
