London 22 April 2025: Splitstone Capital LLP, the specialist private equity firm focused on complex carve-outs and operational improvement, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keelin O’Sullivan as Investment Manager.
Keelin joins from Vespa Capital, where she was a key member of the deal team on three successful lower mid-market buyouts and held board positions in two portfolio companies. Her background includes experience at the €9bn Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), where she worked on private equity and impact investing mandates, as well as four years in PwC Dublin’s Transaction Services team advising private equity and corporate clients on financial due diligence.
Peter Foxwood, Managing Partner of Splitstone Capital, said:
“Keelin brings excellent blend of technical skills and care-out experience from her time at PwC combined with deal-making experience from four years as a principal investor. We’re building Splitstone to back complexity with confidence – and Keelin’s background makes her a natural fit for the team. We are excited to have her on board as we continue to grow.”
Keelin O’Sullivan commented:
“I’m excited to be joining Splitstone at a time when its momentum is really building. The combination of a well-capitalised platform backed by Omni’s infrastructure, and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced dealmakers like Peter and Steven, was compelling. The team’s focus on complex transactions and hands-on value creation is a great fit for my background, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the next phase of growth.”
